HMGT 101:  Introduction to Hospitality Management (3 credits)

HMGT 151:  Introduction to Food Safety and Preparation (2 credits)

HMGT 152:  Introduction to Food Safety and Preparation Lab (1 credit)

HMGT 331:  Principles of Tourism (3 credits)

HMGT 371:  Lodging Management I (3 credits)

HMGT Electives (6 credits)-At least 3 credits must be at the 400 level*
